2026 Spring Baseball

Our spring baseball program is for players league age 4-13, from Tee Ball through Intermediate 50/70:

  • Tee Ball (league age 4-5)
  • Rookie (6-7)
  • Farm (8)
  • Minor (9-10)
  • Majors (11-12)
  • Intermediate 50/70 (13)
Please consult this chart to find your player's baseball league age for 2026. If your player is new to the sport and you are unsure which level is appropriate for their skill level, please contact us at [email protected].

Eligibility: Players who are League Age 8 and older for 2026 must either reside or attend school within our league's boundaries in order to play for SEPLL. Please consult the League Finder to confirm eligibility. Players who are League Age 4-7 in 2026 may play for SEPLL even if they do not meet this geographical requirement. However, in order to maintain that eligibility, they must play for SEPLL every spring season thereafter.

Schedule: Our season will run from April 11 to June 6. Each week, teams at the Rookie level and above will play one weekday 6pm game and one Saturday morning or afternoon game. Tee Ball teams will hold one weekday practice and play one game each Saturday.

There are no regular season games on Saturday, May 23, in observance of Memorial Day. Some Minor and Majors teams may compete in local interleague tournaments, with dates and participation to be determined at a later date.

Rosters and practice/game schedules will be determined sometime in March.

Uniforms: All registration fees include a cap and jersey. Pants/belt/socks are not included.

Equipment: All players must have a baseball glove; we highly recommended cleats. Catchers at all levels - and all players at the Minor level and above - must wear a protective cup. Bats, batting helmets, and catchers gear are provided by the league, although many players like to have their own helmet and bat (which must meet the USA Baseball Bat Standard). Please see our equipment page for more details and our community gear swap to find used gear.

Assessments: Players at the Minor and Majors levels - generally league age 9-12 - will be required to attend a skills assessment session on either February 22 or March 1. These are not tryouts! The purpose of assessments is to create evenly matched teams.

Fees: Our fees are updated each season. SEPLL does not turn away anyone based on an inability to afford the registration fee. If you need assistance, please submit an application to the Kirk Huffstetler Memorial Scholarship Fund.
