Rookie Baseball is for players league age 6-7 who are moving toward to hitting a pitched ball as well as still learning the fundamentals of hitting and fielding. League age 5 players will have completed one season of tee ball prior to playing Rookie. In Rookie, players spend a portion of their season hitting a ball off a batting tee as well as learning to hit pitched balls from coaches. Rules of the game are designed to accommodate the need for teaching. As a Non-Competitive Division, the primary goals of Rookie are to instruct children in the fundamentals of baseball, to allow them to experience the value of teamwork and give them the opportunity to play baseball with their friends.

Farm Baseball is for players league age 8 who are hitting a coach pitched ball as well as continuing to build on the fundamentals of hitting and fielding. Rules of the game are designed to accommodate the need for teaching. As a Non-Competitive Division, the primary goals of Farm are to instruct children in the fundamentals of baseball, to allow them to experience the value of teamwork and give them the opportunity to play baseball with their friends.

Minor Baseball is for players league age 9-10 years old who are continuing to develop their abilities in a competitive baseball environment. As a Competitive Division, the primary goals of Minor Baseball are to create a fair and balanced competition throughout the division, provide a suitable vehicle for team and individual skills development, and prepare the players for Majors Division play.

Majors Baseball is for players league age 11-12 who are refining all the skills they have been building up in the Minor division in this next stage of competitive baseball. Majors Baseball is also known as the Little League Baseball Division. As a Competitive Division, the primary goals of Majors Baseball are to create a fair and balanced competition throughout the division, provide a suitable vehicle for team and individual skills development, and stage the players for much higher levels of play.

50/70 games are played only on Sundays, on a diamond which is larger than the Majors diamond and smaller than a High School diamond, allowing players to grow gradually. The pitcher stands 50' from the plate (the distance is 46' in Little League up through majors), and the bases are 70' apart, rather than 60'.

50/70 rules allow runners to take leads and steal at any time, allow pitchers to pick runners off, and enforce balks, for a more exciting game. These rules also encourage learning of situational awareness, attention, baserunning and fielding fundamentals, challenging players to grow as players and teammates.

This indoor training opportunity is geared towards pitching only. Our philosophy is to build pitching mechanics from the ground up as we’ll be addressing balance, weight transfer, and overall stability intended to build lower body muscle memory that will lead to improved accuracy across both of the levels offered.

The Bullpen Level is intended for our young athletes who began their pitching journey in 2025 and have pitched either in Farm or Minors level already. It is well suited and recommended for ages 8-10.
