Our league is in desperate need of more umpires. Here are some of the best reasons to volunteer:

1. It is highly enjoyable. Our league is filled with great kids and families, and every umpire finds it very fulfilling. To quote one of our current umpires, "It's actually fun!"
2. Training, equipment, and all the support you need is taken care of.
3. No baseball/softball experience is required.
4. Without our umpire volunteers, the kids can't play.
5. It is much easier to volunteer and be scheduled to umpire (on your time), then show up to your kid's game and be called to umpire because we don't have someone.
